Problem

The client is the HR Manager in higher education. As part of the organization's overall Performance and Management Program, employees and their supervisors are encouraged to learn and build digital leadership in education. However, after interviewing with some employees and conducting preliminary surveys, we found people in this program lack of knowledge for this topic.

Process

Therefore, I proposed a scenario-based E-Learning module that helps learners retain more information by providing them opportunities to connect course concepts to real-world applications. Guided by the ADDIE model, I started with SME interviews to identify problems and needs. I then used Bloom’s Taxonomy to write learning objectives that focus on defining, interpreting, and responding when setting goals. I also employed Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction to create a learning experience that includes role-plays, case studies, interactive practice, corrective feedback, and multimedia. I designed and developed this visually appealing E-learning module with Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and Mind Meister.
